The big day is almost here! We’re so grateful for all the hard work you’ve put into training and raising money for cancer research at MSK. With every dollar, you’re making an impact that goes far beyond the finish line.

Health and Safety Guidelines
add removePlease review all New York Road Runners (NYRR) health and safety guidelines here.
Safety is our priority. That’s why we have an alert system that will allow us to gather information about the status of our runners in the unlikely event of an emergency affecting the United Airlines NYC Half. You’ll receive an email with more information about this system.

Start
add removeReview the start timeline to know when to arrive at the start, check your bag, clear security, and enter your corral. There is no official race-day transportation to the start. We strongly encourage you to use public transportation.
The race will begin on Washington Avenue next to the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Runners will enter through a security screening checkpoint on Eastern Parkway between Washington and Classon avenues. View the start area map.
For runners not checking a bag, enter from the west at Washington Avenue and Eastern Parkway. For runners checking a bag, go to bag check located on Eastern Parkway between Franklin and Classon avenues. You must check your bag before you enter the start area. You must use the clear plastic bag and tag with your number that you’ll receive from the United Airlines NYC Half Experience. No other bag will be accepted at bag check.
Reminder: Check your bag at the truck that corresponds to your bib number. Each bag-check truck will have signage to show what range of bib numbers can check a bag at that truck. If you do not check your bag at your assigned bag-check truck, you may experience delays in collecting your bag after you finish the race.
Finish
add removeThe finish line will be located between West 67th and West 68th streets (near Tavern on the Green).
If you checked a bag, you can pick it up after the race on Central Park West between West 60th and West 63rd streets. All bags not claimed by 1:30 p.m. will be transported to the NYRR Run Center, where they can be claimed on Monday, March 20.
The family reunion area is located on Central Park West between West 63rd and West 65th streets. We suggest designating a meeting location with your family and friends. Click here to review the finish area map.
