Fred's Team applications are closed for the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half, but if you have a New York Road Runners (NYRR) entry, you can still register to run with us.

Fundraising Level and Benefits*
- Fundraising Details
- $2,500 Level
If you require a Fred’s Team race entry, you will be responsible for raising or paying your selected fundraising requirement of $2,500.
If you have an NYRR entry, you must select the fundraising level and set a goal, and fulfillment is encouraged. Some benefits are only available to participants who meet specified fundraising thresholds.
All participants must provide credit card information at registration to pay a Fred’s Team kickoff fee of $125, which counts toward your fundraising total. In addition, all participants are responsible for paying the NYRR entry fee.
*MSK offers benefits to Fred’s Team participants as a courtesy in recognition of their participation. MSK strives to make benefits available to all participants, but it reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the offering of any and all benefits to participants at any time.
As a Fred’s Team runner, you’ll get:
- Guaranteed entry into the United Airlines NYC Half
- Choice of any area of cancer research at MSK to support
- Access to our training program
- A two-piece Fred’s Team uniform
- A cheer section, where your fans can watch the race
- Additional Fred’s Team gear after raising $4,500
- Dedicated staff to help you achieve your fundraising goals
- A personal online fundraising page, along with fundraising tips and resources

Expo hours:
- Thursday, March 12, 10 a.m.–8 p.m.
Friday, March 13, 10 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Saturday, March 14, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
Bib distribution ends 30 minutes before closing.
To pick up your bib and other race materials, you must select a time slot in your New York Road Runners (NYRR) dashboard. Bibs will be available only at the Expo and will not be available on race day.

The race will start on Washington Avenue near the Brooklyn Museum.

Note: There is no official transportation to the start. We strongly recommend using public transportation. Check mta.info for the latest schedules and updates for public transit options.
The finish line will be in Central Park on 68th Street. If you checked a bag, retrieve it after the race on Central Park West between West 60th and West 63rd Streets.
The family reunion area is located on Central Park West between 63rd and 64th Streets. We suggest designating a meeting location with your family and friends.

The Fred’s Team cheer section will be around Mile 10 at Lexington Avenue and 42nd Street (on the northeast side). A photographer will be stationed there, so as you make your way across 42nd Street, stay to the right and strike a pose.
